The Beekman is praised for its beautiful, classic New York interiors and architectural design, particularly the stunning atrium, a highlight for many visitors. Guests often mention the spacious rooms and bathrooms, along with the comfortable beds, ensuring a pleasant stay. Its location is ideal for exploring Lower Manhattan, with the Brooklyn Bridge just a short walk away, and subway access to other parts of the city is convenient. The location offers easy access to many sights. The building is architecturally interesting. The rooms have a good size and the beds are comfortable.
The service lacked attention to detail . There was no housekeeping service for the first two nights. I noticed blue sticky tape on the walls in the corridor. There was also no coffee machine in the room.

helpful doormen comfortable beds clean space small room smelling cupboard missing water
The doormen were always super nice and helpful. Beds are very good. Very neat place.
Rooms are quite small especially if you are travelling with family. The cupboard smelled like no one had stayed in the room for months. No bottled water was given on the first night.
