Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers beautifully decorated rooms with gorgeous antique furniture and lamps. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the size of the room was decent. However, the mini bar being hidden in a clever way was a nice touch. The location is convenient, close to the subway station but feels a bit intimidating. The dining experience was very nice, though a bit expensive for what was offered. The staff was generally very helpful and pleasant.
I found the hotel to be quite convenient, especially with its proximity to the subway and path. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, although noise from the bar could be heard up in my Premium King room overlooking the central atrium. The service was efficient and polite, but a touch more warmth would have been appreciated. The dining experience offered a good selection of a la carte options at Temple Court. Though the location was not exactly downtown, it was near public transportation making it easy to get around.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were good sized with a separate sitting area, though they felt a bit cluttered with large armoires instead of closets. The service was kind and attentive, with luggage held for us upon arrival. The location in lower Manhattan was great for business but a bit less ideal for leisure. The dining experience offered delicious a la carte options, but it was continental only. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice with friendly staff and great amenities.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms were a good size, especially for NYC, and being on a higher floor provided a nice touch. However, the rooms could be a bit small. The service was top-notch with extremely accommodating staff, and the location was very convenient for exploring lower Manhattan sights. The dining experience, although included, was a bit fancy for my taste, and the facilities were impressive overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room I had, despite being described as spacious, was actually very small, leaving little space to relax aside from the bed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with good water pressure and temperature. The service was beyond friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with various requests. The location was superb, offering a view of One World Trade Center from the 9th floor and being within walking distance of many key attractions. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown in terms of quality and price. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable positives and negatives.
